Answer:

Digital art is lowering the entry barrier to the art world. The internet has aided many artists in making their work more visible and accessible to a wider audience. As a result of advanced technology, artists were able to change and manipulate their work, making it a prominent art medium.

Digital art is also a lot more convenient compared to traditional art it's easy to correct, share and transport

Without digital art, it would be more difficult for artists to present their work, there would be more barriers to creating art (for a living), it would limit your freedom to experiment, you would have to pay for art supplies, and the process of generating art would be less efficient overall.

Of course, anyone may take up a pencil and paper, but it doesn't ensure your work will be accepted by an art gallery.
