Fraction: 1/3. Percent: 33.33%
The chances of drawing a number greater than 4 is 2 out 6 numbers you can get - 5 and 6.
So, 2/6 = 1/3
Convert 1/3 to a percent = (1/3)*100=33.33%

Question 3: The fraction would be 18/50 (9/25 when simplified) and the percentage would be 36%.
