Answer: 3 7/15

Step-by-step explanation: You first do 1 /5 plus 2/3.But they don't have the same denominator so you make it the same which you can make it to 15 so you make both denominator of 1/5 and 2/3. So 1 /5 change to 3/15 and 2/3 change to 10/15.Now add 3/15 to 10/15 which is 13/5.After that you do 4 times 13/5.But change 4 to a fraction to make it easy which is 4/1.Now multiply 4/1 by 13/5 which gives you 52/15 .Finally change 52/15 to a mixed number which is 3 7/15.
