Your constant ratio=-2 and a =1 therefore if you substitute these values into the general term formula for a geometric sequence the answer will be -32

So looking at the pattern you can tell that it is going by (-2)^(n-1)

if n=6 then we have (-2)^5 which is -32

The answers is D. -32
