Answer:

Explanation:

7/8x + 4/5 = 1 3/10

(7)/(8)x+(4)/(5) =(13)/(10)

(35)/(40)x+(32)/(40) =(52)/(40)

40((35)/(40)x+(32)/(40) =(52)/(40) )

35x+32=52

-32
-32

35x = 20

(35x)/(35) =(20)/(35)

x=(4)/(7)

4/5X + 4/9 = 1 3/10

(4)/(5) x + (4)/(9) = (13)/(10)

(72)/(90) x + (40)/(90) = (117)/(90)

90((72)/(90) x + (40)/(90) = (117)/(90))

72x+40=117

-40
-40

72x=77

(72x)/(72)=(77)/(72)

x=(77)/(72) =5(5)/(72) =1.07

5/8X + 4/9 = 1 1/9

(5)/(8) x + (4)/(9) = (10)/(9)

(45)/(72) x + (32)/(72) = (80)/(72)

72((45)/(72) x + (32)/(72) = (80)/(72) )

45x+32=80

-32
-32

45x=48

(45x)/(45)=(48)/(45)

x=(16)/(15)

Hope this helps!
