False. Even though it’s better to always just get out the car when a officer says so but it doesn’t mean it should always be a requirement. You car is almost like you second home something private and you have worked for and usually when a officer says get to get out of your car is because rather the officer feels threatened or he believes there’s something in your car that there shouldn’t be. I believe if there’s no really good believe reason for me to get out my car I shouldn’t have too but like I said it’s always just best too.
