Area of a rectangle is equal to W*L (given)

Width is 6ab (given)

L = area/width

(72a^(3)b^(4))/(6ab) = L\\

Solve for 72/6... 12

a = a^(1)

(12a^(3)b^(4))/(a^(1)b^(1)) = L\\

When dividing exponents, substract the smaller one which is on the bottom from the bigger one on top

12a^(2)b^(3) = L
