Marty, Doc, and Einstein are all traveling very fast in

their cars. Marty and Doc's position over time are
shown below in the tables. Einstein only collected two
data points during his trip; after 3 hours he travelled
240 miles and after 4 hours he travelled 320 miles.
Who drove the fastest? Show work. Explain on the

Answer:

Doc drove the fastest.

Explanation:

The first thing you want to do is figure out how many milese they are traveling per hour. We know that Einstein has these two time stamps (hour/miles) ; 3/240 and 4/320.

so divide the hour by the number of miles:

3÷240=80

just to make sure I did the four hour one as well;

4÷320=80

Do the same thing for doc and marty!

Doc

4÷340=85

Marty

4÷100=0.04

The answer that you get from the division problems is the number of miles that they travel each hour.
