Was it a wasted couple months? Was it all there was for us? I wasn't ready, can I be honest? I never knew what I had until I lost it...
I've been keeping things inside, taking up space until I got someone I could open my mind up to. It worked pretty good until now, but stuff kind of getting serious. Everyone's got people they see through but I see through everyone.
I only think about you on the weekdays and weekends, only in the mornings and evenings, only when I wake up and sleep in..I'd go to hell and back if I could go there with you. You're so bad for my health but I just can't help myself....
So it goes, my summer is almost over. Ive stayed up day and night, waiting by the phone. I wait and debate if I should call you up, and you still dont call for days and days. You make it look so easy, turn around and leave me, so then again, I'm left alone to tear myself apart. Do you ever stay up all night because you feel you're not enough? When you're in the middle of a really bad dream then you decide that that's enough, so you try to tell yourself the fears are all gone, but you just cannot wake up for the fear its reality?
No, I cant let you go, fear you might slip away. When I'm nervous I can't slow down. Right now, I'm stressing out because everything that I love is everything that I lose, and I don't wanna lose you.
