When I stopped outside, the whole world smelled like a summer breeze when all the children are out of school and everyone is going to the beach or the pool. One of my favorite smells. Me and my family all smiled at each other when we saw recognition on each other’s faces. I loved this breeze that’s in my hair it makes me feel unstoppable. My sister was splashing in the shallow waves with the water making a satisfying noise against her legs as she squeals of excitement. I stopped walking to take in the sun against the sun it’s breathtaking it really is. It reminds me of good times. The beach was full with people trying to catch off the heat in the waves, I’m used to it, it feels normal. Being here with my family is the most important part in life. So for that I thank those who made it happen.
