Answer:

C: 0.8 ft x 1 ft

Explanation:

A factor is a number multiplied by another to produce a product in multiplication.

This tells us that we need to multiply each dimension by 1 over 5, or 1/5

4 x 1/5 = 0.8

5 x 1/5 = 1

So your scale model will be 0.8 ft x 1 ft

The answer is C

Because, 1 over 5 is also 20%, in decimal form, 0.20. 4 * 0.20 = 0.8. And 5 * 0.20 = 1.
