2. The Three-Fifths Compromise (Pages 81 - 82) was one of, if

not, the most controversial of all of the compromises reached
in the quest to form a new constitution. How would you have
settled the issue of counting slaves in the state's population
totals? Explain in detail.

i would have counted the slaves as a full vote because they deserve the right to vote just as the others do. this would have been way less controversial because they would of been counted as humans and not property
