-25% will always be less than 25% because a negative number, being less than 0, will always be less than a positive number, being greater than 0.

Thus, -25% is less than 25% or 25% is greater than -25%

25% is greater then -25.

Explanation:

-25 is in the negiatives, and is to the left of 0. Anything to the left of 0 will be less then anything on the right of 0. :D
