As a photographer, you should follow copyright laws and use good etiquette when photographing. Show your understanding of copyright laws and good etiquette for photography by practicing them when you photograph.

Create a presentation of two photographs on one of your interests.

1. In the first photograph, show how copyright laws and good etiquette are not followed.
2. In the second photograph, show how copyright laws and good etiquette are followed.
For each photograph, use 5-7 sentences to explain:

How the photograph follows/does not follow copyright laws and good etiquette.
Why you chose to use that photograph for this project.

Under the Federal Copyright Act of 1976, photographs are protected by copyright from the moment of creation. According to the U.S. Copyright Office, the owner of the “work” is generally the photographer or, in certain situations, the employer of the photographer
