As to why it's because our eating habits affects our health overall. so if we're not eating healthy we are more than likely going to get overweight and out of shape, or even get sicker more often because immune system isn't good since your body isn't being taken care of . How can you do it? there's plenty of ways but just a few is to not overeat stick to 3 meals a day and limit snacking. don't eat late at night bcuz that's usually when you are more prone to eating super unhealthy junk food and to eat alot more . hope this helps a little at least :)
