Explanation:

what tax rate did Susie pay on the pants?

Susie buys 4 pairs of pants. And individually each pair costed $25.50. What I did was multiply 25.50 by 4, and I got 102. Now subtract the 110.16 and 102 and u get 8.16 which that's the taxes.
