Ⲁⲛ⳽ⲱⲉⲅ:

‎ㅤ‎ㅤ‎ㅤ➙ 78.5 cm²

Ⲋⲟⳑⳙⲧⳕⲟⲛ :

We are provided 3 circles with 2 circle inside a one big circle . The 2 smaller circles are touching each other. The diameters of the two circles are given as 7 cm and 3 cm. Therefore we can conclude from the figures that the diameter of the larger circle will be equal to the sum of diameters of two smaller circles ,i.e :

‎ㅤ‎ㅤ‎ㅤ➙ D = 7 cm + 3 cm

‎ㅤ‎ㅤ‎ㅤ➙ D = 10 cm

‎ㅤ‎ㅤ‎ㅤ➙ r = D / 2

‎ㅤ‎ㅤ‎ㅤ➙ r = 10 / 2

‎ㅤ‎ㅤ‎ㅤ➙ r = 5 cm

Area of Circle is given by :

‎ㅤ‎ㅤ‎ㅤ ➽ Area = πr²

‎ㅤ‎ㅤ‎ㅤ➙ A = 3.14 × 5²

‎ㅤ‎ㅤ‎ㅤ➙ A = 3.15 × 25

‎ㅤ‎ㅤ‎ㅤ➙ A = 78.5

‎ㅤ‎ㅤ‎ㅤ ‎ㅤ‎ㅤ~Hence, the area of larger circle is 78.5 cm²!
