Is romeo and juliet a tragedy or a comedy? how do you know? explain in a constructed response using at least two examples (paraphrase or quotations) from the text. Remember the races method.

yea like the other person said, tragedy!

a comedy at least via Shakespearean times, had many clever plot twists which always straightened out into a happy ending but Romeo and Juliet obviously didn’t have a happy ending lol + tragedy by his standards= ‘protagonists faced with momentous obstacle which ends in fatal/horrible conclusion’

can’t give any quotes sorry been too long since I read it lol but reference the prologue? Civil hands make civil blood unclean/ death-marked love/
