Need help picking a topic!

Basically I need to write and present a speech for English.

The speech can be about any topic but obviously it has to be appropriate to say in front of the entire class and teacher.

I honestly can’t think of a topic that would work, the speech only has to be 3 minutes long and my teacher recommends us speaking about something we’re passionate about as it will be easier that way but I’m not really passionate about anything.

This is an important speech and I will be presenting it in about a month.

Any suggestions at all would be helpful!

Juvenile delinquency is acceptable.

Prostitution should be legal.

Underage driving should be punishable by law.

Beauty pageants for children should be banned.

Prisoner's right to vote.

Voting rights should not be universal.

Guns should be banned from college campuses

-Your idol
-If you could make up an animal, what would it be?
-An theory you may or may not believe in
-Your opinion on love
-Your favorite memory
