Hey there!

1/2t + 1/3t > -1

COMBINE the LIKE TERMS

5/6t > -1

MULTIPLY 6/5 to BOTH SIDES

6/5 * 5/6t > 6/5 * -1

CANCEL out: 6/5 * 5/6 because it give you 1

KEEP: 6/5 * -1 because it help solve for the t-value

NEW EQUATION:

t > 6/5 * -1

SIMPLIFY IT!

t > -6/5

t > -1 1/5

It is an OPEN circle shaded to the RIGHT

Therefore, your answer is: t > -6/5
