What is the formula for the following arithmetic sequence?

12, 6, 0, -6, ...

Answer: y= -6x + 0

Explanation:

Each number is subtracted by 6 to get to the next.. so m from y=Mx+b would be -6.

Since b= initial value (value at 0)...the value at 0 is 0 so the equation formula would be y= -6x+ 0
