doing this AGAIN because the answers i'm getting are either wrong or ignorant

8 mph. She completes 1 lap (1/2 mile) in 1/16 hours (3.75 minutes). That means she runs 1 mile in 7.5 minutes. 60/7.5 = 8mph.
