Does anyone here specialize in psychology or therapy? I`ve had an increased number of panic attacks and night terrors, both of which increase in length every time they happen. I know that a part of it is from sleep deprivation and work and keeping up with my friends and school and peer expectation and self-esteem and so on but is there a way to reduce the panic inducing nature of my everyday life?

Please don`t just tell me to call someone, I`m fine now, I just want some real advice, thank you. <3 <3 <3

Answer:

Do you know any symptoms that cause these attacks and night terrors? Changing how you handle negative thoughts also can help. We all have a running commentary in our heads regarding what we're doing and seeing. Some of us develop the habit of dwelling on unreasonable ideas that make life more difficult than it needs to be. We may overemphasize the bad in events, or we may believe we must always be in control. Get more sleep.
