(x-h)^(2) +(y-k)^2=r^2 were r is the radius and (h,k) is the center. We know the center is (-5,3) and the radius is the distance between (-5,3) and (-2,6) which is 3
√(2). Simply substitute h = -5, k = 3, and r = 3
√(2) into the equation to get:


(x+5)^2+(y-3)^2=18
