Answer:

(x+2)^2+(y-6)^2=80

Explanation:

equation of a circle :
(x-a)^(2) +(y-b)^(2)=r^2\\

where (a,b) is the center and r is the radius

r = distance between two points

r =
√((6-(-2))^2+(2-6)^2) =√(8^2+(-4)^2) =√(64+16) =√(80)

equation of the circle =
(x+2)^2+(y-6)^2=80
