y=y therefore,
6x+13=2x+1
6x-2x=1-13
4x= -12
x= -12/4
x= -3

y=6(-3) +13
y= -18+13
y= -5
(x,y)=(-3,-5)

Answer:

b.

( -3, -5)

Explanation:

6x + 13 = 2x + 1

6x -2x = 1-13

4x = -12

x = -12/4 = -3

y = 6x + 13

y = 6(-3) +13 = -18+13 = -5

(x, y) = (-3,-5)
