Does 20, 40, 30 form a pythagorean triple

If it is a Pythagorean Triple the hypotenuse and the legs of a right triangle will all be integer values where

c^2=a^2+b^2

In this case, this isn’t even a right triangle as

20^2+30^2=40^2

400+900=1600

1300!=1600

because 1300 does not equal 1600 this is not a Pythagorean Triple.
