Answer:

m = 10

Explanation:

Given w is inversely proportional to m then the equation relating them is

w =
(k)/(m) ← k is the constant of variation

To find k use the condition w = 8, m = 25 , then

8 =
(k)/(25) ( multiply both sides by 25 )

200 = k

w =
(200)/(m) ← equation of variation

When w = 20 , then

20 =
(200)/(m) ( multiply both sides by m )

20m = 200 ( divide both sides by 20 )

m = 10
