Explanation:

The sum of all internal angles of a circle always total 360°.

So, we can add the three angles (ADB, BDC, ADC) and equate them to 360°.

90 + (2x+1) + (2x-3) = 360

90 + 4x -2 = 360

4x - 2 = 360 - 90

4x - 2 = 270

4x = 272

x = 272/4

x = 68°

From here, you can find any of the two unknown angles by simply plugging in x = 68°.
