when know that your sister is 9 years old, so lets start off with that. because your sister is 4 older then your brother then that must mean that you brother is 5 years old

we also know that you brother is 1/3 your age so divide 5 by 1/3 or .33

5/ .33

= 15.15

but since it looks like we only need the whole number. just round down to 15 since your age is not close enough to round up to 16
