Length of rectangle = 18 meter

Perimeter of rectangle = 44 m

Assume;

Width of rectangle = a

Length of rectangle = 2a + 10

Find:

Length and width

Computation:

Perimeter of rectangle = 2[l + b]

2[a + 2a + 10] = 44

3a + 10 = 22

3a = 12

a = 4

So,

Width of rectangle = a = 4 meter

Length of rectangle = 2a + 10 = 18 meter
