First you gottta find the total 4+2+3=9

There are 9 total marbles making 9 your denominator Out of those 9 marbles there are 3 blue marbles. And 2 yellow marbles.

There is a 3/9 chance of picking a blue marble. And a 2/9 chance of the yellow marble.
3/9 x ?
Once you’ve got that blue marble out of the bag you put it back which makes 9 still the total amount of marbles.

3/9x2/9=6/81 which is simplified to 2/27
