Answer: The answer would be B

Write out the equation in slope-intercept form:

y=-5/3x+6 (Once we know that, it'll be easier to convert it into standard form.)

Subtract -5/3 from both sides of the equation:

y+5/3x=6

Subtract 6 from both sides:

y+5/3x-6=0

Multiply both sides by 3 to get rid of the fraction:

3y+5x-18=0

Then arrange the numbers to x and y are on one side by itself:

3y+5x=18

And that's your answer!

Hope this helped you!
