Answer: The major issues most times is that policies for strategic growth are not well planned to favour the masses instantly and might probably take some years to get everyone enjoying them. But we know that having a sustained economy over a long time is a big task, so the larger population may not enjoy most short progress made until it's over time and rubs off on every other sector

Step-by-step explanation:

Most developing countries especially Africa, have the issue of development and it not rubbing off on the larger population. Some countries would be in recession and it will later be announced that recession is called off but there won't be much difference when you asked the masses about it's influence. Developing countries have it's wealth enjoyed most times by a lesser population when developing. An example would be some person's involved in food production, and the market favours them but they still awake their product expensive for the larger population to acquire. The major issues most times is that policies for strategic growth are not well planned to favour the masses instantly and might probably take some years to get everyone enjoying them. But we know that having a sustained economy over a long time is a big task, so the larger population may not enjoy most short progress made until it's over time and rubs off on every other sector
