Thus the area of the triangle is
(1)/(2) *b*h = 0.5* (2*3.4641)*2 = 6.9282

The area of the shaded region = area of that part of the circle - area of triangle


(120)/(360) *\pi (4^(2))
- 6.9282 = 16.7552-6.9282 = 9.827 = 9.83
