Answer:

Substitute y and x

(2)2 + (1)3+7

then multiply 2 * 2

4+ (1)3+7

then multiply 1* 3

4+ 3+7

add those numbers

14? since you plug the 2 into y which multiplies into 4 and the 1 into x which is 3 and that’s 7 then 7 + 7 is 14
