Explanation:

Here, we want to get the coordinates of the point Q’ obtained by rotating point Q at a degree of 90 clockwisely

Generally, we have the formula for the rotation as follows;

(x,y) will then (y,-x)

Thus,

(-6,-13) will become (-13, -(-6)) = (-13,6)
