The answer is A because in the picture the person has 2 X chromosomes
Males have XY chromosomes however females have XX chromosomes
Since a female does not have any Y chromosomes she wouldn’t be able to provide the child with a Y chromosome

If she had a son then she would’ve provided him with an X chromosome and the father would have provided the son with a Y chromosome because a male needs X and Y both
