Based on the image provided we can assume that every square in the graph represents 1 space. That being said we can create the following rule for this transformation

(x,y) → (x+1 , y+1)

This rule basically states that every point on the original shape needs to be moved 1 space to the right and 1 space upward in order for the translation to be perfect and output the final image shown in the graph.
