PLZ HELP IM IN DESPERATE NEED OF AN ANSWER!!!

If 4 is multiplied by the difference of a number and 3, the result is 32. Which equation could be used to find the value of the number?

I believe 4(x - 3)=32 could help I haven’t done an equation from the unit in months so hopefully that looks familiar to you.
