if a defendent choses to stay out of try it both ruins the chances of me being able to find a crack in their charges, but it does take away the ability for them to unveil new evidence. But this can also cause people to use unchecked claims, and blame for things that are untrue, but hopefully the court of law can figure that out without a defendant
