c = sq rt [ a^2+b^2﹣2*a*b*cos(P) ]

QR = sq rt [ 12^2 + 23^2 - 2* 12*23*cos(120) ]

QR = sq rt [ 144 + 529 - 552 * (-0.5 0 ]

QR = sq rt [ 673 + 276 ]

QR = sq rt [ 949 ]

QR = 30.8058

rounded to nearest 10th is

QR = 30.8 :)
