First of all, let's recreate the table.

The equa ttion is something like

y = a x

Now if x = - 9

and y = - 157 / 3

Then a = -157/ (-9*3)

a = 5.814814814....

y = 5.814814 (-8)

y = - 46.5185185....

y = -139/3 = -46.333333333 the difference is in how this was rounded.

y = 5.814814 * -7 = 40.703703703...

y = -121/3 = -40.333333 Again another rounding problem.

I'm sure if you try the rest of them, they will do the same thing.
