X1=-4

X2=-4

two answer with the same result

Explanation:

the quadratic formula is -b+/-√(b²-4ac)

where A is the number that multiplies x², B is the number that multiplies x and C is the number that does not have x.

if you put the number A B C in the formula under the √ you will have 16-16 that means 0 so the only results is the -B
