Answer: A. 1
Step-by-step explanation:
Plug 1 into the equation for x.
f(1) = -2(1) + 12
g(1) = 4(3)^1 - 2
f(1) = 10
g(1) = 10
Both function got the same answer which mean that they are equal and is true. So A is the correct answer.
