initial volume (without silver): 25.0 mL
final volume (with silver): 54.8 mL
1 mL = 1 cm3 (you can just change the units and the numbers will be the same)
volume of silver piece:
54.8 cm3 - 25.0 cm3 = 29.8 cm3
