With muscular strength you can do things like weightlifting. weightlifting isn't limited to just pullups and bench presses though. you can do other things like barbell squat, lat pulldowns, kettlebell swings and many more. you aren't limited to doing these even in your own home. even when you get older you can do these things no matter what
