$213.35
Explanation:
Find the tip: 172.75*0.16 = 27.64
Find the sales tax: 172.75*0.075 = 12.95625 which you can round to 12.96
total bill = sales tax + tip + original bill
plug in to the equation above and get total bill = $213.35
