-Carbohydrates:helps the body structural and energy storage.

-Fats: helps with the long term energy and forms cell membrane repels water

-Proteins: helps with hair/nail/pigment hormones. Also body defense fiction and builds muscles

-Vitamins: Can help shore up bones, heal wounds, boost your immune system, etc

-Minerals: basically does the same thing as vitamins but they also make enzymes and hormones

-Water: Helps maintain body fluids, flushed out toxins, helps loss weight, improve skin complexion, and etc.
