Answer: No it’s not

Explanation:

Plug in -2 for x and 3 for y.

2(3) = 3(-2) + 6

6 = -6 + 6

6 = 0

Six doesn’t equal zero so (-2, 3) isn’t on the line 2y = 3x + 6
